Refund Policy
One Shoot AI products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. This policy sets out when a refund is available and when it is not.

Digital delivery
Because the EA files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once received, purchases are generally final. Please ask every question you have before you pay — we would rather talk you out of a purchase than process a dispute afterwards.
When we do refund
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
- The files were never delivered to you
- The software cannot be made to run on a supported MetaTrader platform after our support team has attempted to resolve it
- A pre-ordered version is delayed and you no longer wish to wait
- You were charged twice for the same license
When we do not refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Trading losses of any size, including losses caused by your own risk settings
- Results that did not meet your expectations
- Buying the wrong version when a comparison page and free pre-sale advice were available
- Broker-side issues such as wide spreads, requotes, slow execution or account restrictions
- Change of mind after the files have been delivered
How to request one
Message us on Telegram with your purchase details and a description of the problem. Technical issues are always troubleshooted first — most refund requests turn out to be installation or broker configuration problems that we can fix in minutes.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, normally within 7 business days.
